Danielle M DelMonte

Integrating traditional public relations practices with digital marketing solutions, Danielle is recognized as a trusted and effective communicator and relationship builder throughout Western New York. To date, she has developed marketing campaigns and garnered local and national publicity for a wide range of clients in a variety of industry sectors, including legal, government, non-profit, technology, healthcare, beauty and wellness, among many others.

For several years, Danielle worked at public relations and brand development agencies throughout the Buffalo Niagara region where she managed a variety of client accounts and executed communications programs for many local businesses and organizations. In 2016, Danielle established Danielle Marie Communications with a mission to deliver strategic, personalized communications services aligned with her clients’ foundational business goals and objectives.

A graduate of the highly respected Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, Danielle received her M.S. in public relations in 2013. She earned her B.A. in communication studies from Canisius College, where she is a frequent guest lecturer. Through her graduate studies, Danielle experienced a world-class education on the practical applications of effective communications research and strategy, distinguishing her expertise from many agencies that rely purely on overused tactics and antiquated marketing methods. Using her extensive education and hands-on experience in the field, Danielle implements foundational research, strategy and measurement practices in all of her services.

Danielle’s dynamic consulting and training style is also rooted in her background as the owner and founder of PrepStart Consulting LLC which provides college admissions counseling and workforce development services to educational institutions and organizations of all kinds. Danielle is able to apply her unique skillset in this area to enhance her clients’ employee relations, corporate culture and organizational development efforts.

An active member in the local community, Danielle has served on the board of directors for Buffalo Arts Studio since March 2016. She is currently a member of PRSA’s Buffalo Niagara Chapter, Amherst Chamber of Commerce and the Association of Talent Development (ATD)’s Buffalo Niagara Chapter. Danielle frequently speaks about communications practices, branding, higher education and career advancement at various organizations and colleges, including the Salvation Army of Buffalo’s Employment Services Program, Buffalo State College and Canisius College. She was most recently a featured roundtable facilitator at the first ever Woman Up Conference held in Buffalo, NY, on September 27, 2016. Danielle has participated in numerous conferences in which she has collaborated and learned from industry leaders around the world.
